Places to See

I was lucky enough to get the chance to visit Key West in the late eighties.  Of course, the first stop was Hemingway's house and I must say the cats were the main attraction for me.  They are called polydactyl (six-toed) cats and I was surprised to find one of this type recently being offered for adoption at my local humane society.  Check out this site and hope you get the chance to visit sometime! I was born and raised in Baltimore and wrote my senior year term paper on Edgar Allan Poe but, believe it or not, I have never visited the Poe House and Museum.  While it is now temporarily closed, I plan to visit when it reopens-hopefully in the spring.  Here is the website: Poe House and Museum
